1. The starter is designed for short-time high-current operation, and its output power is also the maximum power. Therefore, when using the starter, the working time should not exceed 5 seconds each time, and the repeated start must be separated by more than 15 seconds.
2. When starting the engine at low temperature, the engine should be warmed up before starting.
3. The wire connection of the starter circuit should be firm, and the cross-sectional area of the wire should not be too small. Because the instantaneous current is large, the cross-sectional area is small, and the resistance is large, it is easy to burn the wire and cause an open circuit fault.
4. When using a starter that does not have the automatic protection function, the start switch should be released quickly after the engine is started. When the engine is working normally, do not turn on the start switch casually.
5. The battery should be fully charged as much as possible to ensure the voltage and capacitance of the starter during normal operation to reduce the time for the starter to repeatedly work.
6. The starter should be fully maintained and overhauled regularly.
